What we run
The work behind the day.
TTL Operations is who you bring in when the plan is bigger than the people you have to carry it out. We handle the physical and logistical side of a program before, during and after, so the people running it can stay with the people they are there to serve.
- Event and program setup
- Tables, canopies, signage and staging, up before anyone arrives and down after everyone leaves. Community days, drives, open houses and anything else that needs a site built for it.
- Registration and check-in
- The front desk of your event. Sign-in sheets, name tags, wristbands, forms, and somebody sitting there the whole day making sure every person who shows up gets counted.
- Volunteer and crew coordination
- Briefing people, assigning them and keeping them where they need to be. Your staff and volunteers arrive knowing the job instead of figuring it out in the parking lot.
- Running the day
- Somebody on site from setup through teardown, handling what comes up as it comes up, so you are not pulled away from what you are supposed to be doing.
- Ongoing operational support
- The same work on a standing basis, billed by the hour. For organizations and small businesses carrying more to execute than they have people to execute it.
